northwestern has a pretty flexible curriculum; my friend says triple-majoring is not uncommon
I'd probably look into Cornell, UMich, UVA although the last two are on the larger school size side. Also University of Minnesota Twin Cities, Boston University, and Indiana University. USC and Pomona would also be good options for reaches.
tbh you will get into an ivy league easily, at least one of them will take an english major with those stats
