You should def try George-Washington cause it's in your range and in the city you're looking for.
However it may not be that great for CS
You could try Purdue with some other engineering major because they filter you out based on what first choice major you choose, but it all comes down to your freshman year and the grades you get so it could be a target in that sense.
Rose-Hulman could be a great choice cause they give good scholarships as well

GW’s program actually looks really nice. Good course selection, not too math heavy if you don’t want it to be, small program size, good facilities, and Amazon’s HQ 2 is going to be like, 2 or 3 metro stops away, lol.
