#Athlete: West Point vs. Williams College vs. WashU

Seems like you prefer west point lol
also it seems like ur washu opinions are very skewed and based on what others on reddit were saying
if washu isnt ur top choice, withdraw asap
i personally love washu, and have taken perspective from all sides. its hard to compare washu to previous years as the past two years, their demographics have been changing a lot
its going from the #1 school for wealthiest students and white majority to being full need and significant poc communities
its not lmao, but if you wanna talk about partying then every school is a party school
if anything, washu is one of the most academically inclined universities ive seen
I think it's safe to say that West point isn't much of a party school...
^
well yes lmao
but west point
is a traditional university
its literally a military university lol
yeah contact ur ASC about it ASAP!
its not i think... decisions come out friday so if u wanna move it u gotta get into contact with them like today
i personally disagree unless ur goal is to be in the military
i would never attend west point because the culture is tough
i grew up in too strict of a household to go to college and deal with the same shit
for you, id personally recommend williams, but does seem like you heart is inclined to WP
williams is kind of as good as LAC’s get, so unless you’re looking for the specific experience west point brings (military and big name) i’d go for williams
and personally i’d go williams over washu but maybe just me
^
WP might be less fun than it seems
it's more like paying for your tuition by working in military for 5 years with terrible below market pay, so cost-wise it really isn't worth it unless your position was low paying to start with (which it isn't). If you get free med school though, then you could possibly consider the route along and calculate the 5 year compensation vs. private market
