I think there’s a misunderstanding where a lot of you guys think AU is supposed to be easy to get into. AU’s acceptance rate last year was 31%. About 45% of the incoming class was accepted Early Decision.

AU is also a demonstrated interest school. Take that how you will.

i applied for public health and got into the public health scholars program, but did message my AO to change my major to Public Relations and Strategic Communication! I plan to double major with SIS, Kogod, or SPA! (my fav part of AU is that they basically specialize and have everything that i desire in a career and academic journey)

But merit scholarships were released along with decision letters

calc BC to AB is likely easier to justify to them
