You can transfer schools by the way, or even double major, so I'd definitely ask about that
I don't think you can change your decision now though since it's what you were accepted into

(double majoring can be a pain in the ass though and you need to do summer terms to keep up sometimes)

Since CS and your major are under the same school it's most likely that you don't need to transfer at all lol
you probably wouldn't even get in trouble if you just took the classes

To be honest it kind of looks fake (it might not be tbh) just based on how it's written vs my official financial transcript but honestly the cost isn't that off (also they're missing some stuff i.e the adjustments) note that different schools might cost different amounts
Reading the comments on the post it is possible they included room and board twice. NYU accidentally charged me room and board twice and my meal plan twice.
