Oh no I’m so sorry. I had a similar issue with my parents. Look up the squatters rights laws in your area and see if there are kids in crisis housing near you (they’ll take you even if you’re 18)

on the faq page it just says spring. i looked it up and last few years it’s been april 15-29, but i saw someone get in during july so honestly there probably isn’t really a set date. they encourage paying a deposit to another school so it could also be after may 1
