Most schools sent them by now, but almost all colleges I have seen send them sometime in February

I saw some people on Reddit got theirs and I think somebody in the celebration area said they got one from brown yesterday (but idk how true this is)

They’re used by colleges only during the regular decision process to try to convince an applicant into choosing their school when results come out, I believe it’s supposed to make them feel special so they end up choosing the school even if they get in somewhere else

But barely anybody gets one
