As someone else said, don't get caught up practicing or even trying to remember specific questions an interviewer may give you. They might also ask about the most mundane stuff and your one goal is to just talk. That's all the interviewer wants to see, that you aren't a "shallow" person and even if you aren't the most interested in everything, which you shouldn't be, that you can still elaborate.

Giving too much weight to questions, especially Harvard's, is especially silly because a question like "why Harvard?" is one they discourage interviewers from even asking. What I'm trying to say is, that has to be the least important question of the whole interview, so your answer really shouldn't matter much if you are preparing for one.

the way I played out high school i'm a decent applicant for top schools but not super special, if i tried i feel like i would be guaranteed to have gotten into at least 1 of the top schools i applied to
