I remember they had a free one and I got waitlisted, I asked one of the people of the program and it apparently had a 5% acceptance rate (30 out of 600). I wrote the essays one hour before deadline tho so don't know if they waitlisted everyone.

on the other hand, Mackey grades fairly but slightly harshly and is practically universally loved by math and CS majors
