Heyyy. The financial aid office doesn't have access to admission files. They don't know your decisions. They have to work on packages for everyone who applies for aid, even though they know many of those won't be needed. If they waited until we had decisions to start their work, they wouldn't be done in time for the May 1 deadline to commit.
