I mean its always gonna be complicated if you’re not going from CA CC to UC. The UC’s have a heavy preference for CC applicants bc they aren’t at a 4 year university. Vs someone who’s already at a 4 year, you gotta have a pretty good reason for wanting to transfer out of your current program
