The way my kid read the honors email was “they’ll have honors housing for you no matter what, as long as you request it no later than may 1st.” But there’s no clear info on the honors side about the deposit. It seems like if they’re gonna have honors housing set aside in any case, for honors kids, the deposit seems redundant? Ugh. 🤷‍♂️

better social life & W/L balance, better location, better housing, strong in non-eng too

the key thing I can say is I have a friend who did a CS with a cyber minor and did a +1 for his masters at umn

he didnt have classes on friday ever nor did his workload spill over into fri-sun

#

he works swe rn while getting his mscs and still has pretty good balance

#

might not matter to you but for me that level of flexibility and workload balance is p importnat

Has anyone heard from the university honors program yet?

It says the decisions should come out today but I have not heard anything

cause i got a couple scholarships + natl merit totaling about 25k/yr but I have not heard from the honors program at all and now I'm a little concerned
