They're need aware, so the admissions office may be aware if you're aid-needed, but it shouldn't affect your decision drastically. They give lots of merit aid, so that helps with the cost somewhat and helps drive down how much they give in need-based aid.

My main issue is that I can't process international payments from where I live. So even if I can pay for it, I can't process the payment.
