But you’ve also got to understand that in normal circumstances, people who were deferred were deferred because they weren’t quite good enough for the first run through but still a decent contender so they wanted to give them a chance in RD to see how they stack up against the rest of the applicants. But based off the sheer number of deferred this year I don’t think it is normal circumstances and you are most likely correct
