the students in cal eecs are like bay area kids, the students at ga tech are georgia kids
the schools in georgia aren't as competitive so coming to ga tech is a larger jump than bay area publics to cal

so when ga kids say it's stressful, it's objectively less stressful than when cal kids say it's stressful

for me, specifically

as a bay area kid who has been molded this way since 1st grade
