5 APs, but only took 2 last year(3,4)
ECs: volleyball captain, bowling captain, DECA, family responsibilities, national business honors society, volleyball coach, volleyball club
my essays were strong and I put a lot of effort into it and I think that was my winning point and why I got in. So if you want a better chance and lacking somewhere else (for me it’s like course rigor and diverse ECs) then write a good essay

I'm pretty proud of my essay. It had a cool idea and was really personal, plus I'm an arab and it was about something related to my arab identity so I imagine that helped when going to a school in Abu Dhabi.
