If you feel that it’ll be stronger than a story that presents you as a successful philosophy person then go for it

#

Ultimately it’s whatever sounds more compelling

An unspoken component is a unique voice

oh

royal sphinx
#

If u can present urself uniquely

#

Ur chillin

spiral temple
#

that's a really nice tip

royal sphinx
#

I’d say you might also have a slight advantage

#

Since you’re well versed in philosophy

spiral temple
#

mhm yeah true

#

i think it's just my ego that's coming in b/w

#

could just apply phil, and do maths after getting in

royal sphinx
#

But it’s case by case

#

Depending on the school

#

But also even if u apply for math ud still have an advantage from being well versed in philosophy since it might help you better present yourself

spiral temple
#

one can change majors when applying to different schools right?

#

thru commonapp/coalition*

Colleges don’t all have the same major

#

Allegedly it looks good if you remain consistent

#

Bc ur story remains consistent
