consider looking at Brandeis, urochester, and lehigh (they all seem to fit under your criteria and also all have good aid / opportunities for their students. Also all of them are good for STEM, with uroch and Brandeis having pretty good opportunities for research. try looking into them and see what you like/dislike about the schools. im a brandeis student so I can answer questions about that and I’ll be like 100% honest and won’t sugar coat things)
