Hello! Please please do something about the amount of tranqs it takes or rethink the taming process for the Camels and Ostriches on the regular Official Servers! It took 200 advanced tranquilizers and and 1000 basic to tame a blue Ostrich. That is insane. Also a Blue bloodstain (no special traits) with a .03 taming tic? You are killing the game for people who really enjoy the breeding taming part of this game! Please fix! Please do something about the amount of tranquilizers needed for Camels and Ostriches. Why not like elephants and other animals. Let us just keep knocking them out without loosing their obedience?

As someone with 900 taming, decently leveled guild skills - it takes me about 200 Advanced Tranquilizers to tame purple ostriches. Blue Bloodstains tick up at 0.08%.

Look at the stats on your tranquilizers - the Advanced variety add 500 torpor, while basics give like 58 or something worthless.

That said, I would also appreciate it being a little easier - as toads and scorpions are not something I ever wanted to farm to begin with.

We have 900 in taming as well, our advanced tranq have 500 torpor. We have not seen anything more than blues and greens. Are you in a pvp? We are on pve. We also have decently leveled skills.

We have a friend @indigo saddle that is on a custom server where they can adjust the taming rate. If you are on an official pve server we’d need video proof of that

100% agree theres no way 50 would do a gold. Greens are at 2.47% per tick with a haybale. Are you using something else for obedience gain? You have to keep the ostrich traqed the whole time and it goes down about 5% per tick of obedience. If its a green i could see it be like that but not with obedience falling and torpidity falling on a gold.

I believe the difficulty to tame depends on the traits they have. My most complex tame cost about 200 Adv. Tranq but had 2 Mysterious Traits. Some purple ostriches I've tamed have had one gold skill that took ~140 Adv. Tranq.

This seems more resonable but I still had to use nearly a 1000 normal tranks and 200ish advanced for a blue that had a weakness and eventually turned purple. Not sure how this corrolates but it seems excessive

I agree the price is steep. I've already resorted to inbreeding to avoid using so many tranqs.

Would just like to see the process more user friendly. Using a gold sickle with a 11.8% proc for “bugs and frogs”. I use it till it has to be repaired and the second one half way and get 32 frogs and 30 scorpions. And I have to use 200 advanced tranqs +

I've been most successful in finding frogs in grass near the river of the new map. I used the gathering and carry weight blessings from my guild marker, and then spent an hour collecting grass. I got about 800 frogs in the hour, but haven't found scorpions. Guild mates expressed harvesting clay to find scorpions.

We know several people that it takes 200+ advanced tranqs to even get a blue on Official severs. I have a friend that plays on a custom server where to owner adjusted the taming rate and it only took him about 50.

Im not sure how to get the devs to look at this its my first time posting in this. But, the horses, camels, and Ostriches are my favorite part of this game, taming and breeding. But this is making me want to just give up.

On Jade Era, I've had a Large Mount Haybale in the inventory of this Ostrich for 60% of its torpidity and it hasn't consumed it yet. I don't think they'll work for non-seasonal - which is strange.
