Wiping PVE servers with PVP attached because it has a player count of 20 or 30 to me is ruining the game. Lets break this down with math. Lets say for sake of arguement you have a pve server with 30 players active on it and you chose to wipe it in hopes to bring more players back. Lets for example say you do this once a month (Just an example for you trolls getting keyboard happy and about to summon your inner internet warrior) 30x6 is 180 players who you just made start over. Thats of course assuming for example you wipe every 30 days for 6 months. Now lets say you wipe every 3 months and create new servers, that lets face it noone is running to after you wiped them off the game.......30 x 12 =360. Thats 360 players who probably wont come back. If you continue this math based on recent steam charts and your current action you will find that you are in a nut shell KILLING the game slowly. Yes, its going to be hard to come back from this now. Not impossible. Your hope is limit servers to a few with all maps included etc, bring those players that are scatter into one central area. Sure you might need one of two extra servers to fit them so be it. Once they populated the servers. LEAVE IT ALONE. Stop wiping a game or servers while your player count is so low. Lets it grow and prosper over time. Then approace if you want to continue to wipe and create new servers bases on population.
