Agree a little, but potions and wagons and having a carry horse vs fast horse is for balance reasons
Wagons can only carry 4000-4600 Lbs depending on horses
See how little that actually is.
Yes but QOL is more important than whatever balance is supposed to be in the game for moving rocks from point A to point B
That means depending on your profs that you can actually carry 8-9k of items on your person whilst on that horse
Just drop the items on the floor, get on the horse first and the 50% carry weight for ores/wood/hides means you can carry a whole bunch of stuff
I know about that its the fact that moving resources across the map takes forever now that they patched the balloon being able to move unlimited weight with npcs
But as annoying as it is, you’re not supposed to be able to clear multiple mines or POI and move it all in one journey
Yeah and that is pointless, there is a risk reward factor that is involved with farming (Having more loot on you instead of running it back and forth saves time, but you risk getting killed with alot of loot) - having to constantly go from point A to point B is just tedious
Most servers that people will farm on in this game are cleared by the main group to be declared "Safe" Sure sometimes you have griefers but its just bad gameplay to have to run your horse back and forth just to move your farm that will inevitably be in your base regardless.
At risk of sounding like the stereotypical response, if you won’t take the risk or want to carry more then go play on a PVE server
It’s not supposed to be easy mode
And even on PVP guilds get 3 markers available, you can make your own personal outposts open world too, it’s not exactly hard to farm
I dont think you understand at all lol, I'm saying weight is just a time gate in this game - it adds repetition that isnt needed
I play PvP the game is pretty easy when your group controls the server which is how the game works for the majority of groups when you reach a high enough size alliance/group wise

yes and no, wagona can carry double that if it a resource and u have the weight reduction by 50% just throw everything on the wagon so it cant move but when u want to head back transfer it all to your person jump on horse and away u go
It’s a pain in the a55 but one method is to have multiple followers on horseback each pulling a cart, that’s 4 carts then.
The only issue is the npcs are really bad at riding for long journeys.
If there was a convoy formation maybe it would help a little
Wagons, skills, blessings, potions... There is rly a lot of stuff to reduce weight. I think that would reduce market prices by quite a bit if they would reduce weight of everything. Current weight is fine for me
reduce market prices? as for now most items in the game are sold for 1copper coins ( new era server) so im not sure what / how do you want to reduce it even more :)
Let you sell bundles of items is the best way I can thing. Grass bundle of 500 for 250 copper

I definatly read that chain wrong but still having 90% of things that are certainly not the same value to the game selling for 1 is wack

I actually think they should increase the weight on certain items, and do other things to make logistics more a part of MOE. It would open up more pvp and open up a new dynamic to the game.
Example: Guild buys siege equipment from a merchant town and then has to transport it across the map. An enemy guild could attack them along the way and take their loot. Although they would then have to transport it them selves. It doesnt make sense to me that you can carry a bunch of siege engines in one's inventory.
I can currently carry at least 30 boars in my inventory. I would prefer to have to herd them or transport them

bro this aint pve, noone rollin around in a elephant solo that costs like 400k+ to make the wagon
i still dunno why anyone would need more than a wagon and a horse tbh, never needed to haul more than 6k weight of materials at once and thats what a horse and wagon pulls easily

Instead of looking at the weight, i hope they would work on thr skill stree. Remove the unrelated skills like detecting kaolin, meteoric ore or something, instead, they can add skills like further enhancing the capibility to carry more ore, 1 shot an ore node if using hammer ( depend on the quality of the hammer, the higher the quality the bigger chance that the ore would be one shotted). Or they can give players smaller perk of the skill, let them choose their perk depending on their playstyle, for example skill hammer maintenance can have 3 small perks: 1/ Increase general gathering output by 10% when gathering ore using hammer. 2/ Reduce durability loss on hammer by 20 % when used for mining. 3/ Increase the base durabiliyy of hammers created by the owner of this perk by 15%
