If the goal is to really establish a PVE base for this game consider making a PVE specific region locked prefecture for each region (again...region locked). Large PVP guilds make it impossible for pve guilds to really experience the battles and enjoy the game to its fullest. You have large PVP guilds that use the PVE servers to chain farm all the resource points, then come over and claim magistrate for a gold farm for themselves. Loving the game, the mechanics, progression, etc... but mixing PVE and PVP communities you will not keep the PVE community around long.

I said this from the get go I feel like they should do a lock down at some point saying no more transfers back into PvE servers but transfers out will be allowed
allowing people to get situated in a comfortable setup and then spread their wings to the PvP world
It’s a weird system, you shouldn’t be able to travel between pvp and pve, must be 2 separate games
I'd understand if they had PvE zones on the PvP server perhaps make it so you can't build there
or do the flip and make a PvP zone on the PvE server and remove transfers all together
For context on the on the prefecture set up with how servers are;
Two things are impacted; Transfer cooldown and cost.
Going from PVE to PVP costs 5x as much CC and hits you with a 24hr cooldown. when normal transfers between the same type of server are only 1hr at base cost.
Also you can't transfer any siege between PVE to PVP.
before when it was only 1hr cooldown while it was toxic to a degree... There was the concept of day raiding and PVE bunkers.
ie PVP groups make a PVE boundary marker to store crafting stations and such in a safe spot while they main based elsewhere. So if you ever got wiped, you all went back to PVE to recraft and set back out.
The other thing the old system had the ability to day raid which was the inverse. A PVE main group might have a squad that can't live on PVP due to work/life restrictions but they like getting into fights. My old Flesh Bandit crew did this with our pve guild at the EA launch.
That being said I will say the new system is more healthy and require more commitment. And anyone wanting to "day trip" can still do so, but its more for the weekend rather than a few hours

now im confused. normal pve to pve 1hour. ? forget the pvp aspect, im pve player only 😉
