It would be nice if there would be a friend or family (between players) system and you could give permissions for them for your stuff/base.

I guess you need to educate yourself in manners and in the last 20 years of MMOs too 😄
These systems are used to share items/buildings with just certain persons instead of your whole guild and can be managed on personal level instead of guild management.

And as far as your trololo goes... none of the sims games had it since they are not MMO... 😄
