ok so im not that much faster than you, but im noticing your wide F and occasionally M move solutions are pretty slow
there was also something in solve 3 where you did a B and M move solution which is a bit interesting

from what i can see, it's taking you a lot of time to execute the F moves and the time would be better spent rotating and doing 2gen solutions

if i do use a wide F solution into the back left, i do it with a left index pinch to start instead of a right thumb push since that requires a regrip

#

in general just avoid B moves in f2l because again they need a regrip
