finger tricks and tps is really good u js gotta work on look-ahead so you dont have any pauses

Try finding more optimal solutions first
I think that will be what actually matters, because better solutions give you more clearance, even if you can't find a pair yet, you at least have less time on the pair you're currently doing

Also, being aware of Edge Orientation (EO) is gonna help as well

Basically, just look at your F2L solutions, and see if there's any improvement you can make to that

well now that looking at your solves, there are extra things i need to tell:

you're locking up a lot, calm your turning down and try to turn more accurately

you're also doing filler moves (unnecessary U moves to recognize a pair, also regrips as well)

also what this guy said isn't completely wrong, but lookahead isn't the thing to focus on here

better accuracy and turning overall can save a lot of time before going for actual lookahead

lookahead is basically having strong foundations and fundamentals, including efficient f2l solutions, recognition and muscle memory

get these to be on the subconscious level and you'll start to be able to lookahead

having good lookahead doesn't really affect your turning that much, most likely it's gonna be the other way around

and for accuracy, you should do untimed solves and see if your overshooting or undershooting your turns
if you think it's too much, decrease that a bit
