After checking the recons, as a slower cuber, I think I have some things to point out:
-I see you did some xcrosses, but some of those are still long
(On the 3rd solve you could've cancelled the R2 R' into R)
I think I might do x2 y' F L B L U' L' R D F, but you should explore this further urself, I can't decide if it's better overall or not
-Speaking of the 3rd solve, instead of rotating for the last pair, you could've done a left Sune to setup the pair, but again I will let you experiment, this is just a suggestion
-I think at this level you should try to recog your PLL with just 2 sides instead of doing U moves to recog, because it's taking a lot of time at this state
