learn about eo and when to rotate
for every single pair here you either set up to a wide f insert or rotate in the middle of the pair, ideally you want to do neither of those. almost all f2l cases can simply be 2-gen (RU/LU) or a single rotation at the start into a 2-gen solution
After learning beginner F2L, it’s time to master the 41 standard F2L cases which will form the foundation of your F2L knowledge. In this video, I’ll show you how to solve each case efficiently & intuitively in the front slots, using great finger tricks. Good luck! 🔥

🎲 Cube used...
around the beginning of the video he explains eo
Should I start practicing this with slow solves or do I slow down in my timed solves Im already decently familiar with eo but aparently I dont care when solving
untimed solves
try doing those but when you've decided on the pair and the right solution actually execute it fast to build muscle memory
alr ty
also try to refrain from using B moves during cross
B moves are fine
They held the cube so they could execute it as a U anyways
ok
Besides the rotations that kyh pointed out already, I would say you have clear pauses after each stage which you may want to work on
