i think you need to post a video for others to critique or you need to maybe examine your solves more closely.

if you're planning cross and don't have pauses in your solves then that's way past what's required for sub 15 even

actually i should say, pauses when trying to figure out what to do. Spamming U moves between f2l pairs is functionally equivalent to a pause
