You could get a better time with a better lookahead giving you a better tps. My solution:
White top orange front

Make sure to always keep an eye on the yellow side if you are not color neutral too see cases like this

you could have started with yellow facing you and red top and done U l instead of B R' for ergonomics for cross

green would be better for first pair since you insert into the back left slot which is the best slot to fill first

don't use that M move insert its bad. just rotate

again green red for pair 3

you can do pair 4 rotationless since its a good edge

look at yellow you had a free square

you keep doing x' moves which is bad and wastes time you don't have to look at the back of the cube for any step

I have some questions:

1. Is my turning good/smooth? Any bad habits I have that could be fixed?
2. What's the most effective way I can use eo? Is it to look at all the edges before f2l or is it on an as need basis?

That is true. You could have done for rotations because normal insert rotations are way faster than att way at least for me.

In my opinion if I had to say smth that would be that you sometimes do 3 or 4 movers way too quick and then pause instead of doing it a bit slower to lookahead better. Otherwise I think it was really well done 👍

Im not sub 15 but I can give some tips

You had a free square easy to preserve

If u do this on white top and green front L' F R' F2 L' U' r' U x you could solve a xcross

Idk if it is the best solution but u get the thing, in sub 15 u can start to do easy xcrosses

And dont rotate to see pieces in f2l

You can learn how to see pieces without looking at them

With J perm tutorial

What is the most useful alg set to learn after full OLL and PLL? There seems to be a lot of useful ones in there own way

Learn the new plls and olls you are slow at that are hard to do like v perm: R' U R' U' R D' R' D R' U D' R2 U' R2 D R2 is a good one to learn instead of the one I used to use

U dont need alg sets to be fast

when ur sub 10 u can learn ZBLL but is not necesary

Okay got it. Here’s my plan. I’ll do a lot of slow solves while trying not to look at the back of my cube. Focusing also on good look ahead and eo. This a good idea?

In my opinion you should focus on look ahead and turning slower to achieve that. Possibly you could try inspecting the whole cross plus the first f2l pair achieving an even better look ahead (:

If not that, at least try to find your first pair during cross. I’ve learned that really sets me up for a good time.

Inspecting first pair is in sub 12 when u wanna become sub 10
