i cant really help much but there was a nice xxcross on the 3rd solve

what i can see is there are a ton of pauses, reacting instead of going straight into what your doing, try train your lookahead abit more

also on third solve i would rotate and do the 7 move solution rather than the 12 moves for the last pair

Oh if you mean pauses during last layer than yea I need to work on that

no not only ll, you have smaller less noticeable pauses (yet still there) between each pair

the fact that i can clearly see the difference between you solving one pair and another at your speed should be worked on
