The video is not great, and I'm a CFOP solver (was a roux main half a year ago), but the biggest problem is just that you're unsure, so just do more solves and you'll get faster (and learn cmll algs)

  • try to plan more of fb
  • your fb did also seem quite inefficient, remember it's not cfop, you can use different moves and dont need to undo them
  • could barely see sb and cmll but they did seem to take a while so just do some slower solves to work on efficiency and stuff and to get more confident
  • in cmll you dont need to do sexy sledge with wide moves, you should only do that if eo is solved (which it isnt)
  • the eo case was the easiest eo case, you should be able to recognise that case much faster, and in general just know the optimal eo solutions
  • try learning dfdb recognition for l4e to make that faster
  • fingertrick that dot alg as E2' M E2' M', much faster if you do the regrip
