For the first pair you could have stayed facing orange and done L U2 L2 U’ L

For cross you could have faced green and done F R D for better finger tricks

For the second pair you did not have to regrip

don't do unnecessary U moves. it's better to pause and not do redundant moves than it is to be pauseless and and do redundant moves

you can definitely fix that with some untimed solves to think of each solution before doing any unnecessary moves

also, i would use the RuUFf algs for gc and gd, but for gd it’s more a matter of personal preference

“do cross on bottom” to me really means put cross on bottom with the last move if it already isn’t by using a solution with wide moves, a lot of chinese cubers do this
