an improved cross solution is U D' R' B2 F' which is just basically 4 moves because you can do U D' simultaneously
3rd pair you should rotate so the back unsolved slot comes in front. the solution would be y' U2 R U2 R' U' R U R' however there is also a rotationless solution that looks like U' F (sexy) R U2 R' F'
last pair was fine but you did unnecessary U moves so make sure you know where the corner piece has to go before you do the solution

From all the solves i have seen, i realised that you do't try to look ahead, but the good thing is that you have minimal cube rotations, so try to look ahead more often. I would suggest that you try to practice to inspect longer and make sure u find the next pair while doning the current pair.

for cross: z2 D' R' F' U B2 would be better since its 1 move less, your solution was also ok tho
In terms of first pair, RG would be better since its a free pair (3 move insert). For the pair you did
for 3rd pair just rotate and do the RU solution instead of your solution.
4th pair, there's a rotationless solution being: U L F' L F L' U L' but i think your solution wasfine
your execution for that RB pair seemed a bit locky and you also had a pause halfway through. At sub 20 and especially sub 15 you want to be confident in your solutions such that you can execute the whole thing in one fluid movement as if its an alg.
one thing that can help you for pll recognition is the idea of anti headlights. Basically if you have headlights on one side, you have anti headlights (opposite edges headlights). This can help you with pre auf

A few things you could work on

You have a steady tps which you will be able to use when you get to a faster level where you will be able to effectively start using lookahead

Also on your second solve I think you should have done BL pair which was an easy pair to see and would have been better for your solve

Efficency is always the goal
If you have consistent tps and lookahead, more efficent solutions will always be faster
If you have a 5 tps solve for a 50 move solve
The time will be 10
But compare that to a 70 move solve
It would be 14

Look at F2L YouTube video solutions
I reccomend learning it from YouTube not an alg sheet because you really learn and understand the solution from a video

But also asking around for F2L solutions for hard cases, is great
But try and ask people you know have good solutions
