ok so first solve 2nd pair is U R U' R' U L' U' L
also you should solve pairs into the back so that front slots are open and lookahead is easier
like free pairs into the back
so instead of y' R U' R' do y L U' L'

also watch j perm's advanced cross vid
the first solve's cross was not good
do L F U R B' R2' instead

Ao5 = 16.27
instead of y U' L' U L you can do a hedge
is the second solve a misscramble?
the cross does not work
did you forget to include rotations
Fixed sry
ok stop doing y2s
a better cross solution is B' L F R' U' B2 probably better done facing orange so L' F R B U' L2 since it's better for fingertricks
something to note is that you should try solving pairs into the back slots especially the back left slot (if you're right hand dominated) so rotating doing y L U' L' is better
for second pair im not sure if it's optimal but something like L' U2 L U' f' L' f is still much better than 14 moves. still inserting here into the back is better as y' U' R' U R because you can insert the subsequent pair like U' f' L f
now to the last pair you should do something like (sledge) (R U' R' U) (R U' R') U2 (R U' R') or R2' U2' F R2 F' U2' R' U R'
for OLL you should switch to R' U' F' U F R
and lastly for PLL idk how good yours it is but i believe the standard is RUD alg (R U' R' U') (R U R D) (R' U' R D') (R' U2 R') i use this
ill continue
you should never have to rotate twice for a pair or do y2's at any point in your solves and im sure you know that.
for the first pair it's better to do y' U2 L U L' U L U' L'
because didn't rotate twice for the pair (which is something you should never do)
you should avoid random U moves
pair 3 you really should know how to solve that case without rotating since the edge is Oriented just do the same moves but without a rotation so that would look like
R' U2 R U R' U' R
for the last pair here since it's last slot it isn't actually a bad idea to rotate first and solve the pair as U F' U' F U' R U R' or if you get used to f moves the solution can be rotationless so (U) R' U' R U' f R f'
-
rotate to insert the free pair into the back, makes lookahead easier and you should be filling backslots first
-
never do 3 rotations for one pair. 1 maximum. Given your choices this wasn't too bad of a pair to do. Another way to do that pair is: U' L' U' L U2 f' L' f
-
for 4th pair the best solution is: R' F R F' R' U2 R2 U R2 U R imo. R2 U2 F R2 F' U2 R' U R' this one is also good iirc
-
Don't do y2 rotations for any f2l pairs. Best solution for this pair i the one that wild peanuts sent
-
In terms of pair selection, it would've been better to do the orange green pair instead of the orange blue one as this would fill up both of your backslots which makes lookahead easier. By doing the orange blue pair 2nd you have diagonal filled slots which is unideal. Your solution was fine tho
-
Again don't do y2 rotations for your 3rd pair but that solution is fine
-
4th pair the best solution is U R' U' R U' f R f' from the angle you had it
-
first pair you could do this for the GR pair: y U R U R' U2 R U' R' which would be better
-
for your 3rd pair you could've just done: F U' F U2 L' U' L.
-
Your first pair wasn't the best choice. You did orange blue which fills up the front right slot and also the case you have for that pair sucks which means your solution was long. Doing the green red pair with R U' R' L U' L' is rotationless and solves into the back which would've been best.
-
Best solution if you really wanted to do orange blue would be: f' L f U' R U R'
-
for your second pair you could just do: F' L F L' U' L' U' L (hedge into 3 move insert) or L' U L U L' U L U' L' U L. Both of these are better than what you had done
-
for your 3rd pair, this would be the best solution: U' R U' R' U' F' U' F
-
You should've rotated then done your entire first pair than doing that intital U move. also you should've done a y' not a y rotation so that you solve the pair into the back. Your solution for tihs pair tho
-
Also in terms of pair selection, you had the green red pair which you could've done rotationless. best pair to do first in this case imo would be blue red with: U' F L U L' F' . Super short and solves into the back and is rotationless.
-
for your section pair: L F' L' F U2 L' U' L is better (sledge into insert)
-
for your 3rd pair you should've just rotated and solved red green instead of solving red blue. This would've kicked out your red blue edge from that slot making it a nicer f2l case. In terms of your actual solution to that case i think: R F U F' R' would be best
-
for your 4th pair: U2 F R' F' R U R U R' is best imo
i think that's pretty much everything i spotted in terms of your f2l solutions, hope it helps!
