Tips from an 8 second solver here. Honestly, this solve is pretty solid, the only thing I see wrong with this solve is the unnecessary regrips during f2l. The first pair you did (Red and Green) when you had to insert into the front right slot with R U' R' this can be done from homegrip. And you basically did the same thing for every pair, for example, when you did the last pair (Green and Orange) you separated it with R U' R' with a regrip to start the first move, this can again be done from home grip a lot faster. Then you did a U to set up into a R U R' insert, instead of regripping for this insert, you can use a pinch move, Which is faster and more reliable. This is all I saw wrong with this solve, your f2l efficiency is pretty good in this solve, lookahead was also pretty decent.
