  1. push yourself to plan more in inspection, with a 3 move first center you should definitely be able to plan at least 1 bar for your 2nd center
  2. try to look ahead more during f3e, ignore everything else and only focus on finding 2 matching white wing pieces
  3. for 3-2-3, work on pausing less, also you should never have to look at the back of the cube to find pieces
  4. use better fingertricks for hedge, you definitely shouldn't be regripping both hands to do 4 moves (try right index pinch or right thumb for the F and left index pinch for the F')

Since your lookahead for normal 3x3 is good you should try incorporating that lookahead in 3-2-3 and F3E
