  1. What method do you use?
#
  1. How long have you been practicing?
#
  1. How much of that method (Algs, techniques) do you know?
#
  1. Can we see some footage of your solves?
#

I'll do my best to be helpful, but there's only so much advice I can give if all I know is "I want to get faster". That's kinda like me going up to some business dude and going "bro any tips on getting rich"? He could give general advice (which I could give here), but I can help you way more if I understand who you are and where you're coming from.

If you don't have a video and/or a reconstruction of a solve then there isn't anything for us to critique, please use #🎲・cubing to ask for general tips

Sorry for deleting the original post I didn’t know how to add video

cross was pretty good, except it took you a bit to find your first pair so you could maybe plan first pair in inspection but you dont really need to at this speed

for f2l you chose a really bad first pair so maybe you should pause a bit after cross to find a decent pair, and that pair you could have solved rotationless because of the eo using L U' L' U L' U' L U' L' U L and in general it's just better to rotate instead of doing F moves to insert a pair if the eo is bad

also for the 2nd pair when you did the insert you did a regrip before and a regrip after, just stay in home grip and do right index pinch U or left index push U

for the 3rd pair you could have used keyhole, if you don't know what that is, you should learn it

for the 4th pair if you rotated you would have gotten better fingertricks but your solution is fine

for oll you can execute the algorithm regripless instead of doing 2 regrips

for pll instead of rotating to the angle the algorithm is done you should do U moves

throughout the entire solve you tried to turn as fast as you can, this resulted in a poor lookahead during f2l. you should try to turn slower, as you made lots of mistakes and then corrected them (example: 4th pair was going too fast and started the algorithm with the edge not in place but corrected it again), slowing down will help you avoid mistakes. in addition, slowing down improves lookahead by a lot. you could try practicing slow untimed solves while using lookahead for the entire f2l, at the fastest speed you can while still completely using lookahead.

your turning style is also very rough, try to go lighter on the cube to reduce lockups, corner twists, and other mistakes
