#average 36 second solve

try to learn advanced cross and f2l then do full pll and oll
- learn how to make more efficient crosses
- plan entire cross solution in inspection
- learn how to do f2l more efficiently
- stop doing unnecessary U turns in f2l, just work with the pieces you see
- practice oll more to gain muscle memory, you did a U' U in between
- learn full pll
- learn better oll and pll fingertricks
- lastly, and most importantly, learn how to do U2 double flicks (and more fingertricks you don't know)
sidenote: during your third pair, there was a free OG pair but you missed it and went on with the GR pair, you should do the easier cases first if you see them because once you do a different pair it might destroy the easy case
Ok thanks for all the help I appreciate it
And I’m practicing cross and f2l by just doing solves
And I’ll learn pll first and then do solves to help Recognition
- Practice efficiency, especially in cross
- Plan the WHOLE cross during inspection. This will make lookahead far easier in the future
- Solve back pairs first to save rotations
- Lots of unnecessary rotations, especially during F2L
- Learn U2 flicks, and avoid doing unnecessary U moves while looking for the next pair
I bet you can hit sub 30 within a month or so, and you should start full PLL around then
Or can I start pll now and get it over with so when I do solves I practice recognition
And yea I already know I need to work on less rotations and cross
And should I start practicing look ahead now
Not rlly
Just have fast recognition
Finish getting good at f2l then at around 15 start practicing lookahead
Full pll at 20 to 25 or so imo
For f2l spam slow solves but if I get a case that u don't think is efficient (more than one rotation or more than 8 moves with some exceptions ) as in cubing and ppl can tell u the best "alg" for the case
learn some more effiecient algs that don't require cube rotations, try to plan more during inspection, and look for other pairs while inserting one pair
Ima keep the same algs because that will barely make me faster and I could be focusing on improving f2l efficiency
Thx for telling me a way too practice it
Appreciate it
I think it will
I wouldnt start learning lookahead until sub 20. There’s just other things to focus on before then that will help more
Ok
- learn double flick
- cross should be under 12 moves
it should be under 8 moves but ok
they average 36 and their cross is like, 20 moves
ik but under 8 moves isn't that hard
Learn efficent cross, j perms video helps a ton to learning how to plan multiple cross pieces at the same time
I am trying
I’m bad but I’m not that bad ok
That’s just offensive
Do better finger tricks
Ok
dont call urself bad. you're slow, not bad. keep your chin up king.
sry just exaggerating i didnt mean any offense
Thanks
All good just joking
Insert f2l pairs faster
Also you dont need to learn full pll until ur sub 25 or smth
Ok
nah its best to learn full pll as early as u can
- Plan the whole cross and try to make it under 8 moves
- Don't rotate so much during f2l and choose better pairs
- Don't rotate during ll
dOnT dO hAnD sCrAmBlEs
Ok let me actually check whats going on
Ok I would
- Fix cross
- Look into f2l algs and minimal lookahead
- Get full pll over with but dont worry about oll until sub 20 at least
Hope this helps this could prob get you sub 25
hm
eliminate unneeded regrips for f2l and ll
for 2 look pll you should always know to do tperm when head light are at left
and practice ur algs
learn for efficent solutions for multiple angles for some cases
your 4th pair could have only used 1 rotation
Avoid the unseasacary rotations and plan cross in inspection are 2 thinks you should really work on. After that learn full pll. I’m learning full I’ll now, and I average 17.
Tip 4 was actually usefull fkr me as well
Wats a GO and GR pair?
green orange, green red
Your technique seems very good, I think you do need to focus on raising your TPS, though.
full PLL at around 20, I am kinda sub-20 without full PLL
same im sub 30
