Tips on improvement. Sub 20 average.

I need to improve F2L and Cross solutions because it takes me more than 4 seconds to find the first F2L pair and then execute the alg, cross solutions are also really bad, it takes me about 4-5 seconds to complete the cross

Do you have a video of your solve or reconstruction?

As for cross start trying to plan it in inspection and have it in under 8 moves

btw if your cross takes you 4-5 seconds on avg how did you get a sub 7 solve? I'd love to try the scramble if you have it lol
