do you have the scramble
- overall your biggest problem was regrips - almost every f2l case is best done regripless
- practice inserting pairs into back slots, this will reduce rotations and make look ahead easier
- don't rotate to do last layer algs, you can just do U moves to set up the right angle to do the alg
- drill your last layer algs so you can do them faster and with better fingertricks
Cross
You're solving the cross one piece at a time, if you want to go faster you should learn some most important advanced cross building techniques. It is hard to give any more specific tips though without the scramble
F2L
Finding pieces and recognizing cases takes you a lot of time but this is normal if you just learned cfop, just practice a lot and you're F2L should get much faster naturally
LL
It's visible that you're not very familiar with the algs yet, but once you do more solves you it should get better. An important thing for you to correct though is the way you fingertrick this OLL alg. It is way more efficient to start with your right thumb on front, and just do all the U moves with your left hand

what do you mean?

i mostly do them fast, but some i was reading from a spreadsheet so it was slow
should i do another one with scramble?
I think there's a limit of posting one critique a month so I don't know, but what you can definitely do is to watch some J perm's videos about cross. Some parts may be a little too advanced for you but they should give you a better idea of how you should approach solving cross in general
i can post a new one in this thread
the way he explains doesn’t work for me for some reason
It's difficult at first, but with some practice, anyone can have world-class cross solutions (seriously).
Thank you for 200 subs!

Cross should take about 10% of the time of your solve, so for now it should probably be about 5-6 seconds for you, and since your F2L and LL should get better pretty soon naturally, you probably should improve it
Also solving cross optimally is imo a very important skill and the earlier you get it the better
