I get sub 20 sometimes but i want to keep getting it. So i get like 19 sec and than 20 ,21 seconds again scramble R U2 L2 D2 L2 B2 U2 B2 F2 U' B2 U L2 B' D' R2 D L R F R no recon sorry
Time 23.89

Can anyone critique this solve?

Cross
There is a pretty easy cross solution on this scramble and your was very inefficient. Firstly, if you have corner edges already attached to their centers, like orange and blue, here, you usually should try to preserve them in such positions. The second thing you should have noticed, is that red and green can be easily solved relative to each other. So the solution should look like that: F2 R (inserting red and green) D2 (aligning the cross) R F' (inserting blue and orange)

#

F2L
You shouldn't rotate right after the cross, you started with a bad red-blue pair while there was an easy orange-blue at the top you could see without rotating the cube

You should learn optimal solutions for some basic F2L cases, like when the corner is in its right slot, which was the case for your second pair. The way you took out the corner was very inefficient, you could first align the edge to the orange center and do R U' R' to pair the pieces

Next two pairs were good, except for an unnecessary regrip when inserting the third pair, but that's a minor mistake

General tips
Try to turn slower, as it looks like you have a very aggressive turning style which makes you lock up a lot, do more untimed solves to work on that.
You should definitely improve your cross and F2L efficiency, for crossone you can watch some Jperm's videos about cross or watch example solves, while for F2L you should learn efficient ways to solve certain most important cases

Ok thanks i'll work on it

Get better at doing bottom cross and do efficient f2l only rotate up to 4 times on f2l

Ok

@grizzled wagon pretty much covered all of cross and f2l but after you finished f2l i noticed you did a U then a U' while trying to identify what oll case it was. i suggest using oll trainer for the cases you know and figure out which one they are from different angles.

X-Cross
L F2 R' D2 F' y' U R U' R' D2

Second pair
R' U R y' R U R' U R U' R'

Pseudo slot the last two pairs
y2 L' U L D U R U R' D'

Oll
U f' L'U'LU f

Is a T-perm

At this stage, I would mainly focus on your f2l efficiency and when you cut down your time by 10 seconds, then I would recommend learning Pseudo slotting.
