Im taking an average solve as an example. The time is around 20-21s which is average for me. On what should i improve on and how? Plz help!

I think you shouldn't have done the insert that way for first pair
Doing a rotation and inserting it to the back would have been better i thunk

i'd reccommend learning some easy olls like the w's, t's, and square cases. also the way you sledged the first pair in will make it harder to look ahead (once you get faster). for your last pair you could have done F U F' instead of doing the rotation. but other that it looks good 👍

As far as I could see, you can try to plan your entire cross and do it without looking by practicing in cstimer. You can also try to do lookahead though better yet, you can start by learning some basic oll's. Otherwise, good solve!

dont mind a few rotations for f2l, rotationless f2l can lead to goofy fingertricks. Dont use too many rotations either
Get a bit faster at cross and predict first pair/at least know where the pair is/get a general location.
