It is possible to get miners into a weird attack state where ones with guns only attack you and can focus kill melee attack miners leaving guns alone if you can tank the damage... so 2 people is possible and if leave fuel tanks closest to you alone in first layer can finish drill running back and force if only need enter 1-2

if other guy happens to die before 3/4s already done then can't solo :/

Bit of a backround, got the game for my daughter around release and quickly tried the game but it didnt really resonate with me.

Since a lot has changed in the game i decided to give it another go with fresh character and i quite like the game. Im only level 60ish and learning the game as i go.

Im 43yo and i play for fun i aint got time to get sweaty over a video game.

During weekdays i have less time to play and i kind of want to be left alone so i can consentrate on discovering map markers, doing mission and collecting loot.

During weekends i would absolutely love to group up and do events and other content i havent tried yet and learn from more experienced players.
Friday after work and saturday and sunday would be good days to try and arrange some playing time.

Friday evenings when im done working for the week i take some beer, relax and play some games.

My english isnt the best but i will make do and get some practice while playing and chating. I would prefer using discord for voice if at all possible.

I have no preference over your age or your gender, you could be a roll of toilet paper for all i care. Doesn't affect me in any way, shape or form. Im willing to play with anyone and i dont judge. You be you and i be me happy days.

I have an anti armor, faster swing speed +strength grognak axe on xbox one that if someone wants at it can have at it.

I also have an extra X01 power armor with calibrated shocks and reactive plating and intelligence mod for head, I believe it should be modified with scorched paint as well as an extra 35 fusion cores for those that may want at it.

For the player thing, it's a setting in the config to 'show other player names' - just turn that on - under display

There are 2 ways to get a backpack. The plan for a small one can be found in the morgantown airport inside the overseer's stashbox. The other one you have to do the pioneer scout quest. Hope this helps

Perk Card Question - I do not understand what certain perk cards actually do. For instance, Gunsmith (and related cards for other categories of gear); the card definition says, "Guns break xx% slower and you can now craft Tier 'n' guns". OK, I get it that I can now craft guns of some level if I have the card equipped. But how does 'break slower' work? Is it a 'crafting perk' that creates a gun that 'breaks slower' when you craft it? That is, if the card is equipped when you craft the gun, does the crafted gun have increased durability? Or is the card an 'operational perk' that, when equipped, gives your equipped gun some percentage of damage resistance? Or is it both? Currently I use it for crafting only. Would it make my equipped gun 'break slower' if I equipped it when I am using a gun?

When you have Gunsmith equipped, when you fire your gun it will lose durability slower (break slower).

My Fallout 76 Camp Building Wishlist.......1.Metal Floors like the ones we got in FO4(Big square, LiL square & Half floors), this game came out in 2018 😂 lol why is there none only wood ones 2. Vertical Half walls....shelters really need them 3. the ability to apply the floor skins to the half floors, and lil square ones. 4. when wallpapers wayback when came out this surprised me so, i guessed maybe 1 day we get some thing similar for ceilings and the bottom end's of floor. That hasn't happen so i hope we get more like the 1rst membership BoS Building kit..........hoping for a Pre Great War Mansion Building kit using the assets in game already. 5.The round corner pieces from FO4. 6.More PreWar vehicle assets not lol planters, or half a truck...even if its not as stash like the flea which i like. 7. Lastly Dummy sinks for are shelter interiors since the ones we got can't be placed in there. These are my suggestions (Please 1rst stabilize the game again every time i do an Op for the past 2 days i either crash during or right at the end when i'm returning to the map, fix the issue then ban the Re rolling Legendary 🤬 that keep causing the server to freeze)....I can dream lol

Yeah I see its the wrong spot now :) As for the use. It stops once you get to 99 instead of once you finish the scoreboard like it used to. Im rank 99 and just finished rank 100+ daily. I still can't claim the final scoreboard rewards... Its switching over to the rank 100+ system 1 rank too early.

When those events pop up, do you just check the white dots (=players) around the event? Sometimes theres none to be seen but clicking the event it shows the actual amount of participants

Earl is in a player limited dungeon instance so not a lot of people drop a nuke there unless for specific circumstances. From my own experiences, anyone can join which makes it the absolute worst because if a low level player comes in, that person is just completely dead weight. As such, people prefer launching nukes at the Queen, which requires less team coordination

Closing down the forums was a massive mistake. Discord is a nightmare to navigate. It says directly on the front page of the PTS to send any feedback to the Discord, but where? Now a moderator is saying to submit a ticket at Bethesda.net. Then why did you close the forums? Asking us to jump through all these hoops so we can give you bug reports and feedback, aka "working for you for free" was a terrible idea. Just reopen the forums.

Also maybe spell out "looking for groups" for the people here that don't automatically know what lfg means.

I don’t care for the Discord either. I don’t see how it can work out well as a replacement for forums unless the platform itself changes. It’s horrible to navigate as it is. If I’m carrying in a conversation, it’s tough to get back to it on Discord, whereas with the forum it was as easy as bookmarking the thread. Hopefully Discord with make some changes and be more than a glorified chat room from 2 decades ago.
