Experience in real life would of course help you move faster and smoother into positions that would require it but you don’t automatically get rank skips. Mainly because ranking up is more about learning what each rank does and learning more about the brotherhood.

You could look around for other players with low-level characters but you and them won't stay that low for long

You could pay for Fallout 1st and make/play in a private server only your friends can access, so you would be less likely to run into high levels

I think the public matchmaking tries to place you in a server with people around the same level as you but this isn't reliable

Once you are level 50 you'll have all your SPECIAL points and be able to use all items available in the game, high level characters are mostly and indication of how long they've been playing/had time to refine their character builds

If you follow the main quests in the Forest region you'll hopefully run into other new characters, you might be able to add people to play with while you complete those quests

I understand where you’re coming from, lower levels want to enjoy the content too but there’s a reason players are kicking low levels. I don’t think low level equals trash player but raids are all about the perks and builds and team work and even if one player is not focused or not leveled strongly with the perfected build it makes it more difficult for a higher level and we don’t want to waste resources trying to carry people. I can’t tell if a level 250 knows about builds or perks but I know higher levels usually do. It is end game content for a reason, this is not the place to be having a debate it’s a LFG

I posted looking for a team with requirements I wished to join to, you didn’t have to comment, there’s nothing wrong about me trying to find specific players in here. It doesn’t take super soldiers but it makes runs much faster and a lot easier and saves me wasting my time
