76 has no crossplay. Guilds are not official and are set up and run by players so if you're only seeing xbox guilds, it's likely players on other platforms aren't as interested in being part of one or running one themselves

did you try through a trade? Idk if it will work, but worth a shot? also they might just have to complete the quest that rewards it.

haven't tried to trade it, but don't think it has anything to do w them having the quest done or not since it destroys the armor when you try to drop it

but also if they have that quest done, then you wouldn't need to drop it for them since that quest gives you the set and the crafting spec for it

i would def do both the Crater and Foundation quest line up until they are both at the "Side with..." mission

and I always say go with crater just cuz it's the only way to get the Slug Buster

you can always give the gold to Foundation for rep even if you sided w Crater to do the mission itself so it doesn't lock you out from anything

the cool part tho is that you can get the armor and then still choose Crater for the final part ofthe quest, unless they changed that

Don't bet too bothered by what builds are top dps, in this game most guns are viable end game. unless you're tying to solo a boss.
And don't be afraid to join others including high levels if you want to. Even when you're not equiped for the task; We love to help new players out.

Need Help Making ammo for my friend.
He uses 2mm EC, and I can't seem to keep him stocked up

if you're using the gauss minigun, good luck. since other weapons use that ammo, like the rifle/shotgun/pistol, the contextual ammo drops aren't enough to feed the minigun. I would run one of those other gauss weapons in daily ops/expeditions to feed that thing w ammo

Well, They messed up yet another already broken quest. it was bad enough after two weeks of doing possum quest not getting one badge. Now they won't even give you the quests. tried 3 servers

To start the expedition you have to complete the Refuge daily’s first correct?

yeah you have to go through the Responders questline which I think just entails doing stuff around the whitespring, talking to some ppl, and then ends with completing those dailies.
