Yes, I have some mods installed, but I've never had this problem before. It started after the last update.

Sometimes updates mess with mods, deactivate your load order, and revert to a previous save before you had mods or just open a new save, then test by turning on each mod one by one to see if you can recreate the issue, if the issue persists even after you disable your load order, reinstall the game as the files could be damaged

In my experience no. I can't download creations without the game crashing to PS5 Pro home screen. It only allows me to view a handful of creations before the same thing happens. When I log back in the creations I downloaded are not there.

I don't want to begin a new play through until it's fixed however I'm not confident it will be.

Every other platform is working normally, but xbox players are getting a lil impatient because the 100gb storage increase is delayed, likely to launch it at the same time on PS

The problem is that PlayStation Support isn't responsible for the content, and the issue has already been reported to Bethesda, who are trying to work on a solution. Unfortunately, this can take a while, and nobody knows how long. It's frustrating that this means I no longer have access to the content, but there's nothing more I can do but wait. Especially since I essentially bought it twice: first the DLCs with the Game of the year Edition, and now again with the upgrade version, and I could cry because it still doesn't work.

Just started a fresh new game on survival mode with no mods, so far I’ve only died 5 times and I’ve gotten past the concord part, it’s gonna be very difficult knowing every time I die its gonna put me back to my last auto save, but this gameplay is gonna fun 😁👍 lmao definitely gonna take me longer to get through it

Barely anything worthwhile tbh. All the good cc stuff is free

Mostly paintjobs, but really most of the paint jobs are meh. Only really good pip boy skin is Overseer Veneer.

The other stuff is kinda bad. BFG is powerful but has no animations and is stupidly large, stealth armor sucks plus why use it when you could just make a better armor set and use the stealth perks, most of the guns they add suck or are just blatantly op, the houses are nice but most feel out of place and you'd be better to just create a base in a settlement to avoid a loading screen when you wanna craft or store items.

Only ones I would recommend getting are the Sentinel Power Armor, Tesla Cannon, VR Playground and Minitemen vs Gunners.

The paint jobs are blegh, especially the PA ones. They arent worth real money especially since most are just solid colors. I really wish they added more unique designs like the Atom Cats have. Maybe unique faction schemes or something

Tesla Cannon is great as is kinda wonky but there is a mod that also fixes the smaller stuff.

Oh and if you get the Sentinel PA creation, stay away from the intersection outside of Lexington. I REPEAT, go around the intersection and hug the buildings on the out skirts of Lexington. You will get vaporized by the PAs there early game.

Idk WHY they placed such powerful enemies in an early game area, but yeah, be careful especially if you're on survival.

The problem is its not a problem yet, on xbox and PS they use bluray discs which while Microsoft for some reason only let's devs use the dual layered 50gb ones sony on the other hand currently uses 100gb triple layered discs and looking to next gen they have the quad layered 128gb discs. As for carts I'm not as knowledgeable on them but I do know fallout 4 (without the bloat of the hd resolution texture pack) can absolutely fit on one cart with all 6 dlc. Fallout 4 with its dlcs only coming to 55gbs and the carts the switch 2 uses can hold 64gbs

The issue you are seeing is that all creations (and DLC) are shown in-game as Installed. Whether they are or aren’t. This appears to be an issue on all platforms since Anniversary Edition.
The explanation of why those quests don’t trigger is that you don’t actually own those Creations. Unless you bought the Creations Bundle or a paid upgrade to Anniversary Edition.

Your defence score also needs to be about equal to water+food production to keep attacks to the minimum of 2%/day

From the perspective of "missed opportunities in the settlement system" no, basic bugs are not the biggest missed opportunity compared to several areas being basically perma dead; plus not being able to retake Quincy means that supply lines south of Boston are absolute hell since all the roads follow its outskirts

Honestly, the best thing I did when picking this game up afte ryears was give myself 10 in every special
I can actually use the cool system and mechanics without the restriction of only 21 special points
I can spend a perk point on a fun earlygame skill like pickpocket without turbo griefing and have enough for utility skills AND a semi usable amount of combat

no, the provisioners travel in the overworld and some of the pathing is really really garbage. There's several areas that are a danger and provisioners can still potentially die if they, say, trip the traps on the bridge that every northern settlement takes to Bunker Hill

the ever popular Oberland-Graygarden provisioner road doesn't take the train bdige by default but actually has about 50/50 odds of trying to cross within shooting range of the supermutant base nearby

This also already exists if you gear them. The colonial duster with armored lining will do wonders but that takes a mod. Tumba also has some really cool minuteman gear that includes minuteman ranger armor which is a fusion (plus unique outfits for Ronnie and Preston). If I have it installed I usually give those to provisioners

I give settlers whatever high ROF weapons I don’t use myself. I never buy or mod weapons for settlers any more. That way lies madness. Just give them cast offs. And strip any good mods off the weapons first
