There is a lake, and that's as much as you're gonna know now son, if you keep levelling up and note of where power armour is. If you don't touch the natural spawning ones they'll actually change in higher tier varieties as you level up. Google is a great option lowkey why tf you asking here lmao.

Synths pose a genuine threat to humans. They are superior in both defense and offense. If simply mind wiped and let out into the waste they will tank bullets, feel invincible, and go become some sadistic raider captain who will cause alot of real harm to real organic humans. Ofc the institute also mind wipes them but at the end of the institute quest after they've recovered their synths and powered their reactor they close themselves off from the rest of the world to never bother the surface again meaning a mostly synth free surface after awhile. I know what your thinking if I want a synth free surface why not join the brotherhood. Well they dont only destroy synths they hoard other tech. Weapons people use to protect their settlements, technical documents likely containing valuable information that could be used to rebuild society and overall they are just isolationist and dont want what's good for the people as of fallout 4 they simply want war with whatever powers they deem too dangerous. Siding with the institute and minutemen at the same time solves the most issues facing the commonwealth. The institute and synths disappear, and society starts to rebuild as settlements dot the landscape protected by minutemen holding the lazer muskets the bos would've stolen if had their way, and they dont have to fear and indifferent power armored authoritarian cult. Also last upside is no giant radiation filled crator in the middle of Boston where you would've blown up the institute

Funnily enough the commonwealth should've already had clean water. Watched a 2 hour video essay about this exactly. Rivers in the us would flow down from the capital wasteland and we know from mcready dialouge and the fact mutants still exist that project purity did succeed. I dont remember the exact number the video had but with the time difference and how water flows in the US by the time the sole survivor wakes up besides stagnant water and water directly next to leaking nuclear waste the commonwealth should be back to having regular "pure" water

I think it'd be more likely they would stay underground until population growth forces them to return upward and theres plenty of things that could go wrong and wipe them out along that path.

First playthrough I think it's more fun to just explore and only look up stuff if you get stuck on something. Looking up too much will spoil it all. But by explore I mean follow the main quest and do a bit of extra exploring along the way, not to ignore it completely and head off to say hello to the deathclaws and behemoths and cazadores (thankfully no caz in FO4)

I have the same problem. There is a glitch where Everytime you go to the load order menu the system reorders the items. The only way around it is to setup the load order then immediately back out to the main game menu, let the system sync with the order, exit the game, and reload it. Go directly to the saved game, make sure you select current load order when offered and launch into the game. Then wait 30 seconds before moving or anything in game once you load in. Then make a fresh save. Then you are good to go. Just launch the game as normal and load into it each time you play.

Do not go back to your load order list at all. Don't add any more mods or you will have to do it all over again.

It works though, it's annoying but it works. I have been running fine since I have done that.

I need to warn everyone make sure you check to see if all of your mods are active before you start your game because even though they tried to make it where the game will tell you you don't have certain mods active that you need it will sometimes let you load a save without having all your mods active and not tell you

How 'bugged' is it anyway? The only things I'm personally aware of is landscape changes (precombine disabling, I've already patched against this) and incorrect cell headers (the CC plugin has a flag on the cell headers that tells the engine to skip them as there's no changes, and as such this is where the name and lighting information is stored)

It's actually very playable single player.

Outside of raids and most public events, it can be solo'd.

Just ignore other people on the world map. Most of the single-player content is "instanced" - you go into a single-player builiding, you are the only player that can enter that version of that building. Other players go into their own separate version of that building.

...for the content that isn't instanced you might see other players talking to the same NPC as you, but each conversation is separate. That's mostly radiant / repeated quests and for starting a new quest.

hi, having an issue with the settlement ambush kit in the anniversary edition of fallout 4 with the creations bundle installed, i can't seem to find where to craft it in the workshop. apparently there should be a creations section in the workshop but there is no such section. Welp, sonny, if you are willing to have potential crashes. You could always, leave the location, make sure to dump any specific mod items from said mod, somewhere, then go into an interior, then save and quit, then disable the mod, then, you then, in the then, with some then, then, you make a clean save (go into the save with the mod disabled), then, reenable the mod, then, try again, just dont move anything in the load order though.

Do you use mods? If so, you might want to try workshop framework. Within that, there is a menu recovery.
If you don't use mods, that's even more odd. It should be not only to the far right on under it's own creations tab, but also under your defense section.

As others have stated, Fallout London uses script extenders which are not available on console. So the options are that the Fallout London team works directly with BGS to create what would essentially be a new DLC (not likely) or figuring out how to remove anything using a script extender for a console port.

There isn't one answer. Mods stay up on Nexus even when they are not updated for newer versions of the game. Mods can conflict with other mods. You can get the instructions wrong and not install other mods that are needed. It's up to you to read the instructions and check the posts to see if it is still working. Or use a Collection but even then a collection can become stale over time too.

I learned we have to read the creation descriptions carefully even if they are in the verified program. Verified doesn't mean quality addition and the price is no indication either.

I avoid the ones that just add a new weapon and no quest or custom features.

There are 100 credit ones that add much more to the game like the Toolbox ones.

The Creation Club stuff in the Anniversary Edition should be pretty small. I think mine was only 50mb / ~3% of the 2gb limit for all 150 pieces.

If you also download the other free Bethesda creations like Varmint Rifle and Tale of the Beast Hunter, those are a good bit larger additions.

FYI Varmint Rifle definitely isn't worth the mod space. It was fun to play once I promptly deleted it after experiencing it. The rifle itself is weak and not worth the work. Very unique quest though (some like it some hate it)

Why not both? Fallout London is a completely separate story from FO4, it just uses FO4. In London, no Nate or Nora, no Insitute. It's like New Vegas was for FO3.

I dunno how it works with xbox app on pc, and installing it, but xbox you just install the base game first, then any dlc's you have purchased it will download those after the fact

Also I found a way for Xbox users to get Creation Bundle but it requires game pass when you get the anniversary edition for free but it doesn’t work cuz as soon as I pressed install, for context I bought the game 9 years ago dlc within the 2 years I got thr game, so all that was not installed was creations bundle. I install it and when I go to manage my add ons it says installed not owned
