I got the graphics card for free so I literally only spent 500$ to build my PC and it runs everything flawlessly. As I said above, the most expensive part for a PC is the GPU.

Any modern hardware can do that, and that would be probably 800-1000 dollars. depending on if you want to build it yourself or not. I built mine myself and it reduced the cost by 400 dollars. SI's are trash.

Source: I bought fallout 4 at launch on ps4 and I moved to Xbox a couple of years later after mods came out cause the experience was bad on ps4. That being said I beat it multiple times on ps4 before shifting over to Xbox, so I clearly enjoyed my playtime and was willing to deal with it.

did you download the game through PS+? If yes, then you do not own the game. Sony owns your copy of the game. Sony is notorious for not implementing big updates and instead actually listing them as a separate item. Not a bethesda problem since they do not have control over how PS lists their product on PS+

”Free for all players”, I’ve had that info regarding the update pop up in the game leading up to its release same as everyone else. That’s Bethesda telling me I’ll have it, same as everyone else, so their word to me and others have not been upheld.

Only link these ones together so other settlements you don't use are not sucking up resources, food and water.
Pipe weapons are your best friend, ammo is common on enemies and cheap to buy. 45,38,308...with certain perks they are powerful, silencer, scoped, rifle, non automatic.

Heres a 'bug' for anyone who plays on xbox with external storage; if you download the update, it will only run on internal storage, so the update remains in console, however the main game and DLC will remain external. This seems to lead to some load errors, and if you attempt to 'move' all external files and data to your main storage, the game essentially redownloads the entire update, and then deletes itself immediately after, returning the game to the base xbox one/ps4 version, becoming unlaunchable until you redownload the update again

I think they're going to fix it. Not a PlayStation player (I have PS3, no newer) but I think if you have any kind of rights to a copy of Fallout 4, it should work with a bugfix added. If it doesn't, something is wrong. In no case should a bugfix be handled like paid DLC.

Buying stolen CD keys/keys bought with stolen credit cards isn't the answer either, if the owner of the card does a chargeback, whoever owns the game that was bought with the stolen funds might not just lose the game, but they might lose access to the whole account. Steam for example will delete your library if a game in it is charged back. The game goes on sale for $10 all the time, just buy it legit if you're going that route.

It's always done that unless you use an INI tweak to prevent it on the PC and on the PS and Xbox you can quit the game from the dashboard after you hit the Xbox or PS logo. Just remember not to quit to the Main Menu on the Xbox and PS.

Been playing on PS5 vanilla. Tested downtown Boston and there was some minor hiccups but mostly 60 fps and no crashes at all. Got through Faneuil Hall to Postal Square with no issues, some other places as well. Some day I might test Xbox Series S version. here is a theory to break the monotony. What if The Player (Fallout 4) Was a Brand New Type of Synth that only "Father" Knew about along with a couple others that kept it a secret. This "Father" Uploaded his real fathers memories to this brand new Synth Who was the one in the actual vault 111 who was taken to the institute along with their partner and child. By the time "Father" is in his mid to late 60's his parents are dead and this new Synth 3.5 has the capability to reproduce and do anything a normal human can do. In all regards it is his father he just wanted to test something and changed it to where the partner was killed and the baby was taken leaving the player behind. "Father" Sent one of his private team members along with Synth Copy of his father to the vault and placed him in the Cryopod as an experiment then as soon as "Father" sent the signal to open the cryopod it activated the 3.5 synth Player. Just a theory, a Fallout Theory LOL
