base game is decent. however, every time I played on PS4 I lagged at the entrance of the green building || where you had to kill the courser || with 0 mods installed. I added the unofficial patches mod on PS4, and everything worked fine afterwards. but things like better quality storms (and snow), quality terrain, ect. all broken

When I built my PC I had installed like 123 mods. from modern fire arms, to America Rising 2, to basic performance upgrades. I'm way over 123. I think I have about 150 active at once.

Yeah the 2015-2022, 2013, 2012, 2010 and 2008 both x86 and x64 ignore the ARM version that's for special computers. That assuming your PC already and/or supports DX12 or at the very least has DX11.

servers aren’t up for consoles. All the mods you are seeing are essentially a ghost page. None of it is actually up to date as they work on maintenance for the rest of the mod menu. Someone over at the Xbox sub spoke on this in good detail.

To use their default weapons? They didn't use to need ammo that I knew of to use those, and they do pull out the laser rifle when they couldn't punch a ceiling turret after 5 seconds of being shot while standing there and then just put it away and pulled their fists back up as soon as it was dead

Whether intentional or accidental I think there is no denying this is generating sales for them as some will opt to buy that game rather than wait for the PS+ issue to be fixed in however many hours or days. So if Bethesda could hold this from being fixed for a little longer it might be worth for them to do so if they think the short term profits outweigh the bad PR. But I don't think it's entirely up to them right now. I am sure PlayStation is trying to fix it as fast as they can.

The PS+ version has been fixed in one region already so it is only a matter of time before it is fixed everywhere. No reason to doubt that. As for bugs, honestly, PlayStation seems in better shape overall...have not heard of many problems there. Most of the issues seem to be happening on Xbox at the moment. The makeshift weapons pack is currently broken on Xbox but works on PC and PlayStation and I have also seen some Xbox users report some weird issues...one said his game only created unusable saves, missing UI, etc. Have not seem much reported for PlayStation other than the PS+ issue.

For those who are on a 144hz screen and have the 48 fps lock issue, instead of setting iPresentInterval to 0, set it to 2 instead. That should at least get you a cap of 72 fps. I have not tried 3.

There’s been an issue, atm an official announcement hasn’t confirmed any limitations, only probably not well informed customer service agents at Sony, so it may be worth waiting until another update from Bethesda before committing to spending money. I think a problem here is specifically with F4. Other games i own through the PS5 collection are not able to be bought again even if it indicates the PS plus title. F4 has two different versions one specifically PS plus. Either the problem is these two versions or the fact F4 was available in the collection AND later PS Monthly

So when I open the Fallout 4 product page and scroll down, I can see that there is a PS Plus Extra PS5 version available (under "Choose Edition"). However I claimed the PS Collection version in 2021 and thus it displays "In Library" on the link and when I try to download it says "you already own this item". I'm experiencing a bad issue with Fallout 4.
Since the next gen update, my game and all the addons like Far harbor or Nuka World reinstalled. I play on the GOTY edition of Fallout 4 on the xbox app of my pc. I play vannila, not any mods used. when i launched the game after the update, i then wanted to play on my save with 1 day and 22 hours of playing time. but when i did that, i had an message indicating that content was missing, not installed : All the DLCS and high resolution texture pack. But they are installed and i reinstalled my game two times and it never worked. When the error text said that if i launch the game with missing addons, they will be not present on my save, i did so, so i can understand but it just spawns me near Saugus ironworks. When i look at the map all the locations are missing. I don't know what to do and i don't want to lose my progression.
Please help me, i don't think that i'm alone with this issue, it's PAIN

I downloaded the PS5 update, but upon loading it said that "this save file requires content that is missing" specially the Wasteland Work shop, but I have downloaded the wasteland work shop DLC and it shows as being active, however most of my settlements have buildings with missing walls and floating content high in the air where buildings had multiple floors.

I own a physical copy from 2017, and I don't have any type of PS anything. I did however have the PS4 copy installed already. When I put the disc in, rather than click play I clecked the icon with 3 little dots on, on the far right of the screen it gave me the option to then install the PS5 version for free, file size was 56GB

To people who have ps extra and essential version. You need to download the ps4 version. Once you’ve downloaded it, you need to go to the game on the Home Screen of ps5. Then on the right side of the screen (right side of the play button) there is a block that you can click which gets you to ps plus version. And then you can download ps plus one which is working right now. Pm me if you’ve encountered some problems

Noticeable bugs happening now: 1) If you have a lot of stuff built in your settelement, every now and then when you open the build menu no matter where you are, a random item will show up or like a turret in your settlement which was my most common item in the settlement. Which is annoying because it doesn’t allow you place any items down

2. Vats is weird, I’m tagging people in through walls and other surfaces, and Vats in general got a lot laggier and the accuracy values are locked at 0 for a few seconds and then I can target them.

3. I’ve crashed 7 times maybe since the update happened, but every time I crashed, the common denominator was that I was on my Pip boy, most of the crashes I cycled through the pip tabs too fast while standing in my settlement and it crashed my game.

4. Makeshift weapons CC mod is completely broken. At least for me (Xbox), all the items are either invisible, or missing textures.

I deleted my old game because I had the game crash when boarding the vertibird 😭 haven't been able to get the Railroad ending yet because of it. I wonder if this update will fix it.

Is anyone playing on Xbox and is VATS now stuffed? It keeps going from 0 to the number back to zero. So if the guy is right in front of me and it’s a 95 torso hit, it flickers between 95 and zero. I unloaded a deliverer mag into a 95 torso and got zero hits.

I think Essentials won’t get it because yesterday, no PS Plus users were able to get the update for free, regardless of of subscription tier. Then, they tweeted out that PS Extra members would get it. The , just the PS Extra and Premium (which includes extra, it’s the tier above) got it a few hours later in NA Seems like the intentionally omitted Essential and below. I agree, it’s not right. Essential and Collection members paid for the game via their membership, just like the Extra users…and like you said the update is supposed to be free to all who own the game…which they do…so…

Works great on my Series S. I used to not be able to even go near Diamond City but now I'm able to sit at Funiuel Hall without a single crash. Game stutters a little here and there but it's certainly a huge improvement as opposed to before.

SF suffer from boring fetch quests and poorly written characters. I tried to squeeze the fun out the game but Bethesda did not allow me to. Played as a smuggler but bounty system is so hive minded and AI so poor that i am locked out of every settlement now. Can't even pay the bounty cause every step i take force me to fight teleporting patrols. It coulkd have been a nice sandbox to build on, but no. Boring AF.
I really, really tried to be amazed and engaged with/by Starfield but it's near to impossible now, pair this with no meaningful update from Bethesda (photomode was the last update, really??) it's just a dead game

Yeahhh I didn't get what people meant about it just being a fast travel loading screen game until I realized its literally fast traveling EVERYWHERE. I managed to get to 40 hours and now I get bored every time I play. The worlds feel so empty and I never got connected to the characters at all. Only cool thing I really liked about it was the building of space ships and some references to old earth but then world itself was so empty lol

If you have ps+ extra but it say that you have to pay 20 euro, try restoring your licenses from the console: Settings>Users Accounts>Other>Restore Licenses.

Question guys - just downloaded Fallout 4 on PS5 for free no issue, but it’s downloading the PS4 and PS5 versions at the same time - I assume I can delete the PS4 version right? Or do I need to install both?
