Xbox Series X: Upgraded game + DLC as separate upgrades. Mods + Creation club menu at start menu are not yet accessible. Loading an unmodded save started about 10 quests for CC content so it all seems to be installed automatically. I dont notice much performance difference playing on performance mode vs FPS Boost.

That's the one mod I am having problems with too. I'm being told to wait until F4SE updates or load the game without mods if it doesn't break your game. I'm pretty sure even if you start the game right now you can't change your game from being classified as (M) modded saved , even with the F4SE revert though you will get achievements again when it fixes.

2. it adds esl plugins with archives, in non-modder terms, its like creation club content

You can get the licenses for the DLCs from the game page on the playstation store...they'll be free if owned them before. After that you can try the Manage Game Content menu...see if that works.

PS5 version shows in a different place for some reason. I found it by accident after my GOTY disappeared. I went to shop, games and FO4 shows ps4/ps5 on that link. So to sum it up for the PS players. Supposedly being unable to upgrade is a bug. I’m not certain if it’s a bug for the collection owners or PS+ or both we will see. I assume the problem comes from the fact F4 and Season pass has been available in a hundred of ways. For example i own the ps4 goty season pass which until recently was turbo bugged out but the game i don’t own on the ps5.

my only advice would be to wait. as they said in the message that is pinned, they are trying to look into fixing it. it does seem like it was not intended to be this way, and that it was supposed to be free for PS+ players. but will they be able to fix it, or will it stay this way is whole different question. only thing we can really do is wait and find out.
